Privacy Policy

AI Income Builder is a brand of Cortrex AI LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through theaiincomebuilder.com and through our internal YouTube tool, AgentTube AIB, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

Cortrex AI LLC operates AI Income Builder. For questions, complaints or requests, email hello@theaiincomebuilder.com.

2. This website

The site has no accounts and no forms. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to measure visits and how our ads perform. When you load a page, the Meta Pixel sets cookies and sends Meta information such as the page you viewed, your browser and device type, and your IP address.

Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. You can control ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.

3. Purchases, newsletter and messages

Purchases happen on Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment and contact details under its privacy policy: https://gumroad.com/privacy. We receive your name, email address and what you bought, so we can deliver the product.

Our newsletter runs on beehiiv. If you subscribe, beehiiv stores your email address under its privacy policy: https://www.beehiiv.com/privacy. You can unsubscribe from any email.

If you message us on Instagram, including automated replies powered by ManyChat, Meta and ManyChat process that conversation under their own policies: https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy and https://manychat.com/legal/privacy.

4. YouTube and Google user data

AgentTube AIB is an internal tool we use to produce and publish videos on YouTube channels we own. It uses YouTube API Services. It is not offered to the public, and it connects only to our own channels.

When one of our channels is connected, the tool accesses:

• channel details, such as the channel name and ID;
• videos we upload through it, with their titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and captions;
• analytics for our videos, such as views, watch time and click-through rate;
• comments on our videos, so we can read and reply to them.

We use this data only to publish, review and improve our own content. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. It is stored on our own computer, together with the login token Google issues to the tool, and deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

YouTube API Services are provided by Google, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to them: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. Use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

You can revoke the tool's access to a Google account at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

5. Cookies and device storage

This site uses cookies set by the Meta Pixel, described above. AgentTube AIB stores its Google login tokens and working files on our own computer. It does not store anything on your device.

6. Keeping and deleting data

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@theaiincomebuilder.com. We reply within 30 days.

7. Children

This site and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of this page.
