These terms apply to theaiincomebuilder.com and to products and content from AI Income Builder, a brand of Cortrex AI LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

1. Educational content, no guarantees

Everything we publish, including our guides, prompt packs, videos and posts, is for education. Results depend on your effort, your skills, your market and many factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any income, earnings or results. Any examples are illustrations, not typical results.

2. Purchases

Our digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Prices, what's included and refund terms are shown on each product's Gumroad page, and Gumroad's terms also apply to your purchase: https://gumroad.com/terms.

3. Your license

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute the files or their contents.

4. Our content

The site, our products, and our brand names and designs belong to Cortrex AI LLC. You are welcome to share links to our pages.

5. YouTube

Our YouTube tooling, AgentTube AIB, uses YouTube API Services. By using or interacting with any feature of ours that relies on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how that data is handled.

6. Third-party services

We link to and rely on services such as Gumroad, beehiiv, Instagram and YouTube. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Cortrex AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of income or profit, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes and contact
